Why Hire a Solo Practitioner?

Since the beginning, Kelly Jackson Smith, Attorney at Law has been a solo practice owned and operated by Kelly. Hiring a solo practitioner has its advantages. When you hire Kelly, you know exactly who is working on your case. When you hire a large firm, you may talk with a senior partner at your consultation, but that partner may never even touch your file again until your case goes to trial. When you hire a solo practitioner like Kelly Jackson Smith, you know she will be the only lawyer handling your case, every step of the way, and beginning to end.

The bottom line is that whether compared to a large firm or an internet-based firm, a solo practitioner has the resources to represent people in both simple and complicated cases. Many larger firms are spread too thin across hundreds of cases and multiple lawyers and the client experience reflects that level of distraction. Kelly Jackson Smith has a great reputation and a track record of pleasing her clients with direct and personal service.
